Dropped my 2025 Toyota Land cruiser off for two recalls and a regular service, when I picked up the car and started heading home I rechecked the tire pressure monitoring system, and saw that it was identical to when I dropped it off, The tires were low and due to my handicap it’s just not that easy to add a little air so I figured I waited a couple of days and let Toyota do the service. I attached the repair order showing that the tires were set at 36 psi, I also attached a picture of my tire pressure monitoring system. Needless to say, I’m not happy And this isn’t the only time that I’ve been charged for something And did not receive the service,

I purchased the extra wear and tear insurance on my new Toyota lease. A Simonizing treatment came included. I recently brought my car in for the treatment and was delighted that it was also essentially detailed. It looked exactly as it did when I first got it! Important to note I frequently am driving around with two dogs who love to hike and swim. Alderman’s as always went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Lisa met me as I pulled my car into the garage. She was polite and direct. She explained carefully why I needed to replace my tires and went over the state inspection with me at checkout. Overall, she did a splendid job.

Went for 15k oil service, summer tire switch & recall issue. I made appointment more than 2 weeks before and arrived to we don’t see you on the schedule. Derek was very accommodating & got me in. I had to add VT inspection. I was prepared for a long service. 2 hours later I was told they didn’t have the parts for the recall & would need to reschedule. They also didn’t do the inspection! And to cap it off, once again the tire pressure wasn’t correct & different from tire to tire.

Wow, Alderman's Toyota rocks! I had a seamless and effortless experience between scheduling and being seen by the service department. I was greeted by Sam. He is courteous, friendly and made my experience a joyful one. The other staff I met, were friendly, caring, and efficient, both to me and to other customers, whether in-person or calling on the phone. This experience was well worth my drive from Shaftsbury. This business is a true local gem.
